Donziger Attys Quit, Blaming Chevron 'Scorched-Earth' Tactics

Law360, New York (May 3, 2013, 10:05 PM EDT) -- Steven Donziger, the attorney for the Ecuadorean plaintiffs seeking to enforce a $19 billion pollution judgment against Chevron, suffered a major blow Friday as his lawyers moved to exit Chevron's New York racketeering lawsuit against him, blaming judicial bias and the oil giant's "scorched-earth litigation."
