NLRB Says National Gypsum Reached Impasse Before Lockout

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 3:20 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Friday rejected claims that National Gypsum Co. had prematurely declared an impasse in its negotiations with a union before locking workers out of an Indiana plant, finding the parties were deadlocked on pension issues.
