Ex-Waterford VP Fired To Avoid Incentive Payout, Suit Claims

Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 2:06 PM EDT) -- A former vice president for Waterford Crystal's U.S. operations has sued the company and its private equity owner in New Jersey state court, alleging he was wrongfully fired because the company didn't want to pay an incentive fee it promised at his hiring. 

Ira Miller maintains in an April 17 lawsuit that Waterford's WWRD-US unit lured him from another company with promises that it would pay him a bonus of at least three times his base pay after its private equity owner KPS Capital Partners LLP...
