11th Circ. Blocks Fla. Law Targeting Cos. With Cuba Ties

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 6:12 PM EDT) -- The 11th Circuit ruled Monday that a Florida law barring contractors with business ties to Cuba from bidding on public contracts runs afoul of the U.S. Constitution's Supremacy Clause in overreaching and trying to trump the federal government's policies toward Cuba.
