Class Action Over Bowflex Moved To Federal Court

Law360, New York (January 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A class action lawsuit against the maker of allegedly defective Bowflex gym equipment has been moved to federal court because the original plaintiff never owned the recalled product.

The case against Nautilus Inc., which was originally filed in Arkansas state court, was moved to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas on Friday after three new plaintiffs who had owned recalled versions of the product were added to the suit in December.
