China Rips US For 'Hyping' Hacking Accusations

Law360, New York (May 8, 2013, 1:55 PM EDT) -- China on Tuesday blasted a recent report by the U.S. Department of Defense accusing China's military of carrying out cyber espionage on U.S. targets, saying such allegations harm mutual trust and cooperation.

In a press conference, China's Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said China pursues a military policy that is opposed to hacking attacks in any form and defensive in nature.
