Court Rules for Ritek in SanDisk Patent Lawsuit

Law360 (October 13, 2003, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California granted defendant Ritek Corporation's motion for summary judgment of non-infringement in compact computer memory maker SanDisk's patent lawsuit against its Taiwanese rival, SanDisk said in a statement.

In its order, the court found that the accused Ritek CompactFlash memory cards did not infringe on SanDisk's patents, the company said.
