Law360, New York (May 9, 2013, 7:08 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday rejected the Royal Bank of Canada's bid to force the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission to release certain notes related to its investigation of the bank, ruling that the agency wasn't required to provide the documents since they are internal communications.
