Learning Annex Asks NY Court To Revive Blank Rome Suit

Law360, New York (May 9, 2013, 6:41 PM EDT) -- Blank Rome LLP should have to face a $7.5 million lawsuit alleging it hid key documents from the Learning Annex LP during a private equity investment, the adult education company's attorney told a New York state appeals court Thursday.

The law firm allegedly helped hide a secret voting agreement between a pair of private equity investors in two separate transactions that later prevented the Learning Annex from entering into other lucrative agreements.
