High Court Seeks Solicitor's Stance On FMLA Waivers

Law360 (January 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has asked the U.S. solicitor general to weigh-in on a Family and Medical Leave Act case against Progress Energy Inc. that could affect tens of thousands of release-of-claim agreements resulting from mass layoffs.
