Thimerosal Testimony Barred In Wyeth Vaccine Case

Law360 (January 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Maryland circuit court judge has granted a bid by Wyeth Inc. to exclude certain expert witnesses from testifying that exposure to thimerosal-containing vaccines can cause autism in an alleged vaccine injury case.

In a decision handed down on Dec. 21 but made public this week, Judge Stuart R.
