Scruggs' Lawyer Cops A Plea On Bribery Charge

Law360, New York (January 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In the latest legal saga involving prominent plaintiffs' lawyer Richard “Dickie” Scruggs, attorney Joseph Langston pled guilty to conspiring with Scruggs and others to unlawfully influence a circuit court judge.

The plea was unsealed on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi.
