Chinese Exporter May Be Dumping AC Valves, Commerce Says

Law360, New York (May 10, 2013, 6:05 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has published a preliminary determination that a Chinese exporter sold air conditioner valves in the U.S. at below-market prices, according to the department's latest review of dumping duties placed on the products.

Commerce said exporter Zhejiang Sanhua Co. made sales of front-seating service valves at less than normal value during its period of review, April 1, 2011, through March 31, 2012, according to a statement released in an advance copy of the May 13 issue of the Federal Register.
