AP Says DOJ Wrongly Seized Reporters' Phone Records

Law360, New York (May 13, 2013, 10:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice may have violated the Associated Press' constitutional rights by secretly gathering AP reporters' telephone records without warning or disclosing reasons for the probe, the news agency said Monday.
