US To Reveal Co-Conspirators In $276M SAC Insider Case

Law360, New York (May 14, 2013, 4:50 PM EDT) -- New York federal prosecutors have agreed to provide former SAC Capital Advisors LLP portfolio manager Mathew Martoma with the names of alleged co-conspirators in a $276 million insider trading case, according to a Monday court filing.

The government said it had reached an agreement with Martoma to voluntarily disclose the identities of alleged co-conspirators by July 31. Prosecutors have offered to identify any co-conspirators who come to light after that date no later than 30 days before trial, but Martoma has not agreed to that approach,...
