Law360, New York (May 20, 2013, 5:54 PM EDT) -- On May 7, Gov. Jerry Brown announced proposed reforms to California’s Proposition 65. Prop. 65 is a consumer-environmental protection statute that was approved by the voters almost 30 years ago and is designed to protect people from exposures to chemicals that the state has determined to be harmful.
