Texas Sen. Cornyn Seeks To Push Mexico On Water Treaty

John Cornyn, R-Texas, on Tuesday put forward an amendment to a water resources law calling on the Obama administration to force Mexico to uphold its water obligations to the U.S. under a 1944 water sharing treaty to stem a growing water shortage in his home state.
