Enterprise Fights ETP's $1B Claim Over Pipeline Deal

Law360, Dallas (May 31, 2013, 8:09 PM EDT) -- Enterprise Products Partners LP on Friday asked a Texas state court judge to throw out a $1 billion lawsuit brought by Energy Transfer Partners LP, which contends Enterprise wrongly replaced it with Enbridge USA Inc. as a joint venture partner in a 500-mile crude oil pipeline project.
