JC Flowers Puts Up $1.2B For British Debt Collector

Law360, New York (May 15, 2013, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Private equity firm J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC will swallow up British debt collector Cabot Credit Management in a deal with AnaCap Financial Partners LLP reportedly worth more than $1 billion, the firm's latest move to crack deeper into the U.K., the seller said Wednesday.
