Businessman Denies Blocking FCPA Probe Into Mining Co.

Law360, New York (May 15, 2013, 8:38 PM EDT) -- A French businessman linked to BSG Resources Ltd. pled not guilty Wednesday to charges that he obstructed a U.S. investigation into bribes the mining company allegedly paid to secure mining rights in Guinea.
