US Foodservice Must Yield Docs In $800M Price-Scam MDL

Law360, New York (May 16, 2013, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Businesses suing Royal Ahold NV and U.S. Foodservice Inc. over an alleged $800 million price-inflation scheme won access Thursday to documents from an additional 25 people who might have information relevant to the multidistrict litigation in Connecticut federal court.
