Ex-Jenkens Head Keeps Atty In Tax Fraud Row Despite Conflict

Law360, New York (May 17, 2013, 7:34 PM EDT) -- The former head of the Chicago office of Jenkens & Gilchrist PC said Friday he would continue to use his current attorney to fight tax fraud charges he faces, despite a possible conflict of interest.

Paul Daugerdas is satisfied with representation from Henry Mazurek of Clayman & Rosenberg LLP, a lawyer who previously represented one of his alleged co-conspirators in what the government claims is a massive tax fraud conspiracy, he said at a hearing in Manhattan before U.S. District Judge William H.
