NYC Ferry Owner Hit With Injury Claims Over January Crash

Law360, New York (May 17, 2013, 7:19 PM EDT) -- The owner of a high-speed commuter ferry that crashed in January while docking near Wall Street in lower Manhattan has been hit with 45 claims from passengers and commuters seeking more than $75 million in damages in New Jersey federal court.
