Megabus Judge Steps Aside In Suit Over Deadly NY Crash

Law360, Philadelphia (May 22, 2013, 4:16 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania judge overseeing litigation over a fatal 2010 bus crash announced Tuesday that she would voluntarily step down from the case, although she denied defendant Megabus Northeast LLC's motion for recusal, calling it an attempt to divert attention from its counsel's own misconduct.
