Fired Wal-Mart Sex Offender Can’t Add Bias Claim

Law360, New York (January 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A registered sex offender who was fired from her job at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. has lost a bid to include an allegation in her wrongful termination suit that the retail giant discriminated against her on the basis of her gender by continuing to employ male sex offenders.
