Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 8:34 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday approved Warner Chilcott Co. LLC’s request for documents regarding the development of Lupin Ltd.’s proposed generic version of the chewable oral contraceptive Generess Fe, but denied a deposition request in the ongoing patent battle.
