SEC Settles Charges Against Worldcom Creditor Panelist

Law360, New York (November 8, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- The co-chairman of the former WorldCom Inc. creditors committee was suspended from the brokerage industry for six months in a settlement agreement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which had accused him of lying to gain a position on the panel.
