Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 2:28 PM EDT) -- A Tennessee federal judge Thursday denied an ex-Smith & Nephew Inc. executive's bid to sanction the medical device maker for failing to produce data in a False Claims Act suit alleging it misrepresented the country of origin of products sold to the government, finding the information sought isn't available.
