FTC Is Skeptical ‘Patent Trolls’ Aid Innovation, Atty Says

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 8:10 PM EDT) -- As the Federal Trade Commission weighs whether to mount an investigation into the tactics of so-called patent trolls, an agency attorney said Thursday that the agency is looking skeptically at claims that such companies encourage innovation.
