Dow Wants To Ice $1.2B Antitrust Award During Appeal

Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 5:38 PM EDT) -- The Dow Chemical Co. asked a Kansas federal court on Thursday to hold off on enforcing a $1.2 billion judgment while it appeals the court's refusal to overturn the verdict or class certification in the antitrust multidistrict litigation.
