Ch. 7 Trustee Can't Stall His Removal Over Improper Billing

Law360, Houston (May 24, 2013, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday denied a request by a McFall Breitbeil & Smith PC attorney to delay his removal as a Chapter 7 trustee while he appeals his disqualification for allegedly attempting to bill personal vacation expenses to a bankruptcy estate.
