Obama Renominates NLRB's Top Attorney, EEOC Member

Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 7:59 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama renominated National Labor Relations Board acting general counsel Lafe Solomon Thursday to serve as the embattled agency's top prosecutor, and tapped the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Chai Feldblum to serve another term with the anti-bias watchdog.

Solomon's renomination to serve a four-year term as NLRB general counsel, as well as Feldblum's reappointment for a five-year term as an EEOC Commissioner, were sent to the Senate Thursday, according to the White House.
