Law360, Miami (May 24, 2013, 6:19 PM EDT) -- A transgender former line cook at The Marlin Hotel in Miami's South Beach filed suit Friday in Florida state court alleging sex and gender discrimination against the hotel and its owner, as well as a claim for unpaid overtime wages.
