Google Facing New FTC Probe Over Display Ads

Law360, New York (May 24, 2013, 7:24 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission has reportedly opened a probe to determine if Google Inc. is abusing its market power in online display advertising, less than six months after the agency closed another antitrust investigation into business practices of the search giant.
