Citibank Can't Get Clarification On Argentina Bond Injunction

Law360, Chicago (May 28, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday declined to tell Citibank NA whether it must comply with a November order that barred the Argentine government from paying its bondholders, citing an appeal in the underlying dispute over defaulted bonds between the nation and a U.S. hedge fund.
