Ford Escapes High Court Scrutiny In $4.5M Car Crash Suit

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 1:06 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has eliminated any chance of reinstating a $4.5 million jury verdict against Ford Motor Co. that was originally awarded to a paralyzed Colorado woman and her family following a devastating car crash, opting Tuesday not to take the case.
