Plan B Advocates Don't Grasp FDA Process, 2nd Circ. Told

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 2:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Friday hit back at reproductive health advocates who asked the Second Circuit not to stay an order making emergency contraceptive Plan B available over the counter without age restrictions, saying the advocates didn’t properly understand the FDA approval process.
