Boxer Asks DOJ To Probe Utility Over Shuttered Nuke Plant

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 3:10 PM EDT) -- Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., urged the U.S. Department of Justice on Tuesday to probe whether Southern California Edison Co. intentionally misled regulators about the replacement of generators at a nuclear plant to avoid a full review of the facility, which is currently shuttered after a radiation leak.
