In DC Circ., Tenneco Ducks Claims It Quashed Union

Circuit said on Tuesday that Tenneco Automotive Inc.'s rescinding of an employee labor union at one of its Michigan factories was legal, overturning a finding by the National Labor Relations Board that the company had prodded employees into disbanding the labor organization.
