NJ Utility Regulator OKs $446M In PSE&G Solar Projects

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 8:10 PM EDT) -- Public Service Electric & Gas Co. on Wednesday won approval for its controversial Solar 4 All and solar loan programs from New Jersey’s utility regulator, which will allow the utility to invest $446 million in solar energy amid criticism that the program would yield unnecessary ratepayer increases.
