USDA Dodges Challenge To $13M IT Contract

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 3:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims said Wednesday it doesn’t have jurisdiction over a $13 million U.S. Department of Agriculture information technology contract protest, rejecting the protesting company’s assertion that the agency gave an unfair advantage to a competitor.
