Most M&A Execs Lack A Social Media Strategy, Survey Says

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 2:59 PM EDT) -- A large majority of senior merger and acquisition executives see a role for social media such as LinkedIn and Facebook in helping companies achieve integration goals, but most lack a social media strategy specifically for M&A and don’t anticipate developing one, according to a survey released Wednesday.
