6th Circ. Revives Dispute Over Gas Royalty Underpayments

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 6:18 PM EDT) -- The Sixth Circuit on Wednesday revived a putative class action accusing a Chesapeake Energy Corp. unit and two other companies of underpaying on natural gas royalties, ruling each underpayment was a separate contract breach, meaning the suit wasn’t time-barred.
