J&J Unit Cleared Of Union's Info Withholding Charges

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board administrative law judge Tuesday dismissed a complaint launched by a New Jersey workers’ union alleging Johnson & Johnson’s surgical products unit improperly withheld information on subcontracting and filling open maintenance jobs at its Somerville, N.J., facility.
