Apple Wants Hagens Berman Booted In FlatWorld IP Row

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. sought Tuesday to disqualify plaintiffs’ firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP from representing FlatWorld Interactives LLC in a patent suit against the iPhone giant, claiming that Hagens Berman was secretly in cahoots with an attorney from Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of Apple’s outside law firms.
