Ryanair May Have To Sell Aer Lingus Stake, UK Regulator Says

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 7:52 PM EDT) -- Ryanair Holdings PLC might need to shed some of its stake in rival Irish airline Aer Lingus Group PLC, a U.K. antitrust regulator said Thursday, dealing another blow to the budget airline operator whose $907 million bid for Aer Lingus was blocked by European Union regulators in February.
