Business Agent Pleads Guilty In Bandage Kickback Case

Law360, Chicago (May 30, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- An Illinois businessman pled guilty Thursday to one count of wire fraud in connection with a kickback scheme allegedly involving two former Cook County officials that prosecutors say was aimed at getting public hospitals to order bandages from the company he represented.
