Cartel Appeal Delays May Yield Damages, EU Adviser Says

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 7:26 PM EDT) -- Two industrial-bag makers whose cartel fine appeals were excessively delayed at the European Union's General Court should be able to pursue damages over the lag but not win reductions in their multimillion-euro fines, an adviser to the bloc's highest court said Thursday.
