Midmarket Companies Eyeing Texas For Captive Insurance

Law360, Dallas (June 4, 2013, 9:42 PM EDT) -- Texas on Monday became the latest state to allow the formation of captive insurance carriers with a new law experts say has the potential to save money and ease headaches for businesses already using the powerful risk management tool, and could create a market for smaller companies wanting to set up their own carriers.
