ArthroCare Exec Pleads Not Guilty In $400M Fraud Scheme

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A former ArthroCare Corp. executive pled not guilty Wednesday to an alleged role in a scheme that defrauded investors of $400 million, a plea that comes just before the start of a trial set to untangle three years' worth of allegations.
